Dr Jiafeng Zhou
SENIOR LECTURER IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
AND ELECTRONICS.
UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL.
Jiafeng has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool since 2013. His past and current research interests include microwave power amplifiers, filters, electromagnetic compatibility, frequency selective surfaces, energy harvesting and wireless power transfer.

Dr Claudia Mettke-Hofmann
LEAD FOR ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR, SCHOOL OF BIOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES.
LIVERPOOL JOHN MOORES UNIVERSITY.
Claudia’s research field is the ‘Evolution of Cognitive Abilities in Birds’ with a strong interest in the interaction between behaviour and ecology, particularly cognitive ecology. She investigates how evolutionary forces such as ecological factors, social organization, and life-style have shaped information gathering, learning, and memory on the species, population and individual (personality traits) level.

Helen Gillan
GENERAL MANAGER FOR TISSUE AND EYE SERVICES.
NHS BLOOD AND TRANSPLANT.
Tissue and Eye Services is part of NHS Blood and Transplant. Their role is to co-ordinate, recover, process, bank and supply human tissue grafts for use in surgery within the NHS and independent UK hospitals. Helen is responsible for the pathway from donor to recipient and strategy for developing the service.

Peter Woodbridge
DIRECTOR OF EXPERIMENTAL TECHNOLOGY LAB AND LEAD FOR MA IMMERSIVE ARTS.
LIVERPOOL JOHN MOORES UNIVERSITY.
Peter Woodbridge is Co-Director of the Experimental Technologies Lab in the Institute of Art and Technology and Programme Leader for the MA Immersive Arts. His areas of research and teaching include immersive technology, location based entertainment/visitor attraction technologies, digital design, interactive media, projection mapping, sensor based media, AI and mixed reality.
